Born and raised in Gulf County, Tony is intimately familiar with Florida’s Forgotten Coast Region. Tony graduated of Florida State University with a degree in marketing and served as Vice-President of Sales for Prophet 21 Software in Philadelphia before returning home to Gulf County in 2001.

“I very much enjoy being back home and participating in the development of the not so Forgotten Coast. I’m excited to be working with Forgotten Coast Realty of NW Florida. Whether buying or selling a home or searching for exciting investment opportunities, I’d like to show you what our area has to offer.”

If you’re looking to buy or sell your primary residence or vacation home, Tony is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Certified eMarketing Specialist and Certified Negotiation Specialist. In today’s market, more and more prospective buyers are using the internet to shop for Real Estate prior to making contact with a Realtor. It is important to make certain that listings are presented in a way that allows buyers to see themselves in the home. It is also important to make certain that listings receive maximum exposure on the internet as well as through local and regional advertising. Once buyers are interested, then it becomes important to establish the value of the property and negotiate to make certain both the buyer and seller come away with a winning deal.

“One of the primary tools I use in my marketing efforts is www.tonywhitfield.net. where buyers can search all local MLS properties as well as find useful links to area information.” Recently awarded “Web Site of the Month” by the Florida Association of Realtors, it’s an asset to buyers and sellers of Real Estate on Florida’s Forgotten Coast.

Pam has vacationed on the Forgotten Coast her whole life and it was a dream come true when she finally made Mexico Beach home. "I can't get over the incredible blue skies, powdery white sand and breathtakingly beautiful sunsets". For those of us who enjoy the outdoors, there is nothing like a run or a bike along the coast, or swimming and kayaking in the gulf. Anyone would enjoy the quiet serene lifestyle that the area offers. Pam is really excited about helping others to fulfill their dreams of coastal living on the Forgotten Coast.

Teresa Gaddis Carlton                                                      Realtor                                                                                   850-227-4608

Home Grown, Consistent, Proven and Requested.

Teresa is home grown and knows all about the area.  If you are a one time home buyer or multi transaction investor, Teresa Gaddis Carlton is The Agent to Call.

It is obvious why Teresa has so many Repeat Customers.  It is because she knows the Forgotten Coast Area and she is dedicated to her customers.  She knows her product and she knows how to work with both buyers and sellers.

She comes from a line of entrepreneurs. Teresa's Father, James, first had the family dream of owning Gulf front property and decided in 1963 to sell his Used Car Business in Dalton, Ga. They traveled to Mexico Beach with his family and made his first life changing real estate purchase. He bought his first gulf front lot where Toucans is now located for $1,500.00 in 1963 and held it for a period of time. They moved on to Panama City Beach where her father and mother bought a restaurant, Gaddis's Restaurant, owned and operated it until moving back to Mexico Beach in 1969. He also bought additional commercial and residential properties all over this Gulf Coast Area.

At that time, they built and operated the Wayside Beach Supply and Down Stairs Oyster Bar from 1969 to 1988 which is now known as Toucans.

They also built Buena Vista Motel on the gulf in Mexico Beach and operated it from 1973 until selling in 2000.  Teresa's experience is broad and includes hotels, restaurants, shops, and various other commercial properties and businesses.

She knows Residential and Commercial.  She knows Gulf County, Franklin County, Bay County, the back roads, the creeks, all the waterways, the people and the history of the real estate market.  She watches the listings several times a day to make sure she knows exactly what is available at any given time.

Teresa holds herself to the Highest Standards both professionally and personally.  She was number two in sales her first year with Coldwell Banker Forgotten Coast Realty and that customer base has kept her consistently a top producer to date.

"I want to be your realtor over and over.  It is a pleasure for me to have repeat customers. Call me and I'll work with you in making your dreams a reality or if you are an investor, and want to be on my investor notification list, call me.  I take notes of what you want, your time frame and when it pops up or I find an unlisted property, you get the call. If it works for you, we write up the offer and finalize the transaction," Teresa Gaddis Carlton, 850 227 4608.
